民营企业技术创新
摘要
民营企业若想在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地，技术创新是它所面临的最艰巨同时也是最重要的任务之一。因此分析和研究企业技术创新问题，不仅具有学术价值，更具有重要的实践意义。
本文共分为三个部分：第一部分首先论述了民营企业技术创新对国家经济发展的重要意义。其次论述了民营企业技术创新的特点及技术创新的运作机制。第二部分，本文对影响我国创新技术发展的优劣势进行了分析，简单阐释了我国民营企业技术创新状况及存在的问题。第三部分在以上分析的基础上，本文同时借鉴了发达国家民营企业技术创新的实践经验，最后提出了我国民营企业技术创新的对策。

If private enterprises in the fierce market competition, the technical innovation is the most difficult, and it is also one of the most important tasks.
