摘 要
盗窃罪数额问题历来是很多法律专家的研究重点。在此之前，学术界展开关于盗窃罪数额方面的一系列研究。这对于盗窃罪的认定和处罚的合理性和准确性有着很大的促进作用。但是，我们应该看到，还有一些问题并没有在现行的法律规定中得到解决。另外，随着经济和社会的发展，一些新的问题和情况出现。在这种情况下，对盗窃罪数额进行深入研究是很有必要的。文章对盗窃罪的犯罪构成进行简要梳理，分析了盗窃罪的数额问题及其价值定位，指出当前法律关于盗窃罪数额问题的立法缺陷，最后提出相应的完善建议。
