摘 要
风险是客观存在的，为保证公司的财务能实现“企业价值的最大化”，就必须正视公司的财务风险，为此，对公司的财务风险进行科学有效的管理便成为公司财务管理的一个重要课题。在经营过程中，企业随时可能受到内外各种不利因素的侵袭而引发财务危机。其实质是由于企业对财务风险失去控制而造成的。宅急送快运股份有限公司作为物流企业，在市场经济条件下，存在着各种各样的风险，并最终都表现在财务方面。因此，企业必须建立有效的财务管理机制，加强财务管理，对财务风险实施有效地控制，及时完整地收集、传递、分析、评价财务信息，防范财务风险，使企业处于良好的动态循环。
本文主要分析在企业中产生财务风险的原因及其防范策略，并针对宅急送快运股份有限公司存在的问题，对该公司的财务风险进行分析，结合企业自身提出一些可行性建议。

Abstract
Risk is an objective existence, to ensure the company's financial to achieve “maximize the value of the enterprise,” they must look squarely at the company's financial risks, to that end, the company's financial risks of scientific and effective management of the company's financial management has become an important Subject. Enterprises in the course of business, at any time may be various unfavorable factors both within and outside the invasion caused a financial crisis. The essence of business is due to the financial risks caused by the loss of control. The House zhaijisong Express Corp. as a logistics enterprises, in a market economy, there are all kinds of risks, and ultimately the financial performance of all. Therefore,enterprises must establish an effective financial management mechanism, strengthening financial management and effective implementation of the financial risk control, timely and complete collection, transmission, analysise valuation of financial information and guard against financial risks, so that enterprises in a good dynamic cycle.
This paper analysis of the enterprise financial risks arising in the causes and prevention strategies, and home zhaijisong Express Corp. for the existing problems, and use this strategy of the company's financial risk analysis, some combination of their own feasibility proposal.
